Hey guys, Dr. TJ on past two videos we talk about um AI in more natural conversational style with you. And hopefully I if you watch those videos I helped you shift your mindset that it's not uh that difficult to accept AI because you don't need technical background. You don't you just need to learn how to speak to it literally speak to it with a natural language pattern. And you can start adapting AI by hiring or building in small AI agent first and start building from that point. And then I talked about orchestra agent that will guide and manage subagents and you can do three bucket list around your practice. But this video, we focus on the ethical part of AI. It's important, right? Because we can do so much now with AI. If you utilize AI in your practice, transparency is important because we especially we're in the healthcare sector, we don't want to disguise your patient, right? So again, patient acceptance level toward AI, it's getting wider and wider now. So I truly believe you don't have to worry about um using AI in your private practice anymore. As long as you communicate with your patients with transparency that patients, you know, they they have a right to know. For example, diagnostic part of AI, if you utilize it, you still make the final call. You don't make, you don't have AI decided, but it can suggest and guide you things that they can see in a diagnostic field of AI, like X-rays, CTs, you know, pathology, things like that, they can help you make proper diagnosis without human error, uh, but patients need to know. On the marketing aspect of AI, marketing bucket, you know, if you utilize voice AI agent, don't try to like pretend they're human. We have many clients who are using my voice AI service at this moment, and some doctors prefer to say up front, uh, you know, oh, this is Mary, the AI agent or AI assistant for doctor so-and-so practice, or just say this, hi, this is Mary, how can I help you? And then if patient asks, you know, you don't have to disclose it from the beginning. It kind of depends on region and depends on your kind of practice culture. But as long as if patient asks or something, you know, it doesn't uh fake it, it's say, Oh yeah, I am an AI agent. They can speak it like human, you know. So, in other words, utilize AEI to enhance patient-doctor relationship, patient practice relationship rather than kind of faking it. Because especially hybrid concierge model, it makes patient experience so much unique and better if you implement AI agents. So now I'm going to share with you the mistakes that I have made around AI. Mistake number one, I try to do so many agents at one time. So that's a mistake because you want to build small, simple ones, get success, and then build another one and improve them as time goes on. This is marathon, this is not sprint. You need to get to it, but that doesn't mean you have to do everything all at once. Mistake number two: don't trust AI all the way. Especially at the beginning stage when AI is still learning your practice, your brand guideline, your tone of voice, you need to still monitor them. Human in the loop has to be in place so that you minimize, you know, the errors and mistakes that AI will make. You can catch them, monitor them, and fix them before you know you make bigger mistakes. Mistake number three, don't chase shiny object. Because AI world, new tools and platform and new modality coming out almost every week. It's insane speed that humans cannot possibly follow. I tried, but don't do that. You know, try to be good at basic foundations so that you're not tool dependent. Does that make sense? If you understand the concept behind it, because you're not going to be a programmer, you're going to be an AI practitioner, use the known proven, approved model. Let me experiment those. Next three years, I predict AI agents will be running pretty much all aspects of your private practice. And you'll see two groups. One group adapting AI, hiring and you know, utilizing AI agents, and the other group, let's say group B, still stay in the old model. Group B will be left so far behind, most likely absorbed by group A type of practices, or unfortunately, it's going to be very difficult to survive because upkeep, the speed, efficiency, you cannot keep up if you don't implement AI. Another thing I want to predict, AI will help you and help patients tailor fit customized treatment experience. So package, uh like let's say some sort of treatment package for your patients utilizing AI agent, they'll know all different aspects of those patients based on data. AI will be able to guide you to customize each patient with unique treatment package experience. Another prediction AI will be even easier than ever to implement. So you don't probably need to type at all. It's already happening now. You will just talk to the AI. And again, the chip speed, you know, like I'm talking about the uh computer processing speeds going faster, the the less latency. You'll be just basically conversing with your AI agent just like this, just talking, and then it'll be multimodal. Uh, agent will be able to produce content almost like as we talk, and it will schedule, manage, automate all the aspects of your private practice in the next two, three years. If you like this video so far, don't forget to subscribe to my channel, it's free for you, but it helps me grow my channel. Alright, guys, so I covered different aspects of AI and adoption of AI and mindset, you know, your mindset for you and actual step-by-step um guide how to implement AI into your world, right? To recap, start small and start before you feel ready, because there will be no perfect wave, like perfect moment, I'm gonna wait that perfect moment, it's not gonna happen. You know, even if you don't feel like you're ready, you should do it. That's the best time to commit something uh in any any learning skills, but you know, you are basically investing uh your time and commitment and accept to adapt AI and augment it. Remember, I started with this whole video series of of with my uh burnout in 2012 to 2014, and 12 years has passed, and I talked about three different leverages, and this third leverage with AI in operations and admin aspect alone, business operation part, it it made me scale my business not only one, but now I'm running seven different companies, and it is possible only if you start doing it. So if you want to stop watching in the sideline and actually engage uh and do it with me, I have AI live cohort running three times a year, and also I run and organize and host in-person workshops throughout the year. So if you're lucky watching this video, and then if there is an upcoming one, you might see that in the description below. Click that one and then see if you can join. If there are still seats available, you'll be able to sign up and you get to hang out with me and other colleagues for two days, and I'm going to really help you build AI agent during this two-day workshop. So instead of kind of trying to do it alone, why not having me help you? So, is that again that something interests you? Don't wait, start now, and don't forget to subscribe to this channel. Thanks for watching this video. I'm going to see you in the next one.
