What if I told you that 8 minutes of recording could give you 30 days of marketing content without hiring a expensive marketing agency or spending hours editing? I'm Dr. Tijayan and I help private practice doctors grow without depending on insurance. So today I'm going to show you the exact system I use and it runs almost entirely on autopilot. I only recommend tools I actually use in my own practice. Here's why YouTube isn't optional anymore. It's the second largest search engine, followed by Google, and YouTube is owned by Google. That means when patients search knee pain treatment or best dental implement options, your educational video can show up right next to WebMD and Mail Clinic. Patients arrive pre-sold on you before they even book. They've already watched you explain their exact problem. They trust you before the first visit. So bottom line, one video equals ongoing patient attraction working for you 24-7. So let's build your content machine. So step one, record one long form video each week. Around 6-10 minutes. Pick one patient education topic you already discussed daily. Are you orthopedic surgeon? Recovery tips after ACL repair. Dentist, clear aligners versus braces, chiropractor, posture and desk setup, OBGIN, hormone imbalance after pregnancy, thermatologist, acne, or skincare routines. So as you can see, you can brainstorm topics and even create your script with AI like ChatGPT or Gemini. So just ask, give me five, eight-minute educational video ideas for and then your specialty, right? It'll hand you a ready-to-use outline. Of course, you can go back and forth and then you know refine it with your own brand voice and such. Now you have two choices. Use a teleprompter app and follow the script, or use the bullet point and speak naturally. Whichever feels uh more authentic to you. Your first video will probably suck. Mine did, but you know what? No one cares. Just ship it. Every video after that gets better. Once you've recorded that raw video, your job is really done. The rest should be handled by your video editor and slash or marketing VA, meaning virtual assistant. So their role is to edit, add captions, upload, and schedule. You handle the brains, topic, script, and message. They handle the hands, cutting, posting, and repurposing. That's how busy doctors stay consistent without burning out. Because YouTube is part of Google Family of Products, you are feeding Google its favorite format. That means more exposure in searches, maps, and video results panels. Next, drop your transcript into Notebook LM. It can create a podcast style summary or even generate a QA episode automatically. You can record a short intro, for example, hey, I'm Dr. So and so, and today we're talking about migraine prevention or shoulder rehab or stress management, you know, depending on your specialty. Then let Notebook LM handle the rest. Now your content lives as audio too, reaching patients who prefer listening during commutes, for example. If you want to scale this even further, tools like Hajen or 11 Labs can clone your voice and video presence. That means you could type a new script, let AI voice in your tone or your voice, and even have your on-screen avatar deliver it. So your digital twin works while you're in clinic or on vacation. Imagine that. Build a simple process your team follows every week. Here's a step-by-step.
