How do some private practice doctors hit $1 million per year without working weekends, without stacking in 40 to 50 patients a day and without signing their soul over to the hospital system? Well, in today's video, I'm going to show you the exact, simple math model behind how it's done. It's simple, it's logical and, yes, it even gives you the tool I use with my private clients to map this out. So let's dive in. Here's what most doctors have been taught you want to make more, see more patients, you want to grow your practice, add more volume, you want to be successful, accept more insurance contracts and build out more services. Because when you actually see how simple it is to hit seven figures with leverage instead of effort, I'll say that again with leverage instead of effort, it changes the game. Let me show you exactly how it works and then I'll give you the spreadsheet so you can try it yourself. Okay, guys, so here's the model. Let's say your target is 1 million dollars per year, so that breaks down about 83 thousand dollars per month, right, 83 thousand dollars per month? Well, anyway, look at this. So it decides all 1 million dollars. And this is ARPV. So if you have $200 your ARPV, you need 5,000 patients in rows to $200 kind of treatment or product or service a year. Right, that makes 1 million dollars. So let's say, if this one was $300, I change it a little bit, then it changes to 3,000 people. So you can play by plugging in these numbers to see how easy it is to create $1 million. So let's say you have created high-ticket I don't know weight loss program or surgical procedure, which is $5,000, but it comes with a full package, right? So you make it. I mean the value, right, the value really high, high value, high quality service, all-inclusive concierge experience. So let's say it is $5,000, how many do you need? You only need 200 patients enrolled to your $5,000 package. That makes $1 million. So it's no longer 5,000 people, just 200 patients.

So here's another thing you can play with. Again, you can download this exact sheet. The link is in the description below. You can play with this number, change it. Right now I put 1.2. Let's say 1 million dollars.

1 million dollars then automatically changes and you can also choose how many days do you want to work. I recommend four days a week. You should at least break it up your week to two small weekdays. That makes your work much easier without potential burnout. So I always recommend to my doctors that I'm working with four days a week. So if you plug in four days a week, it gives you exact goal monthly, weekly and daily.

So notice, if you do this daily, you only need to make five thousand two hundred eight dollars a day, which, if you can plug in with this number, you see how simple it is and how doable and possible to create seven plus figure hybrid model without relying on volume or all these insurance networks. So print this out after you play, download it and then plug in numbers and print it out and I recommend to post it on the wall and you can look at it every single day and it will see I think it'll excite you and inspire you that it is possible to create 7 plus figure model without relying on value.
