Speaker 1:

Hey, it's Dr TJ Ahn. If you're a private practice doctor who wants to grow smarter, not just grind harder, make sure you hit that subscribe button. I share strategies every single week to help you build a profitable, lifestyle-focused practice that doesn't rely on insurance or overwhelm. So AI isn't here to replace doctors, but it will replace the old way you've been running your practice and, honestly, that should excite you, not scare you. In this video, I'll walk you through five powerful AI tools I use in my clinic and private practice clients Tools that save time, reduce overhead and make you a smarter doctor, not just a busier one. Make sure to hit that subscribe button so you don't miss the next wave of private practice evolution. Private practice doctors are drowning in admin work, mystical, inefficient processes and still expected to grow. Most AI tools aren't complicated. You don't need to write any single code. You need to know what to use and how to use it. So let me show you five tools we've tested, used and implemented in real clinics and if you stick around, I've got a bonus tool that's turning heads in the content game. So tool number one voice AI receptionist. This is your 24-7 front desk assistant that never misses a call, never takes a break and never forgets to follow up. Let me read what Dr Alex Kim said here. So Jenny has made our front desk Jenny's AI name Front Desk Operation Seamless. Patients love the ease of booking and we love this peace of mind. There's another one, dr Ana Kupieva, from New York. The best thing about this AI service is that we never miss phone calls and chat messages. Our staff gets notified immediately and we book at least six to eight additional appointments every week. Study shows the average private practice misses 150 calls per month. Think about it If each call Could it be a $300, $500, even $1,000 case. You do the math. So I believe voice AI is no longer optional Tool.

Speaker 1:

Number two ChatGPT for patient-facing content. Of course, chatgpt does a lot of other things, but think treatment explanations or post-op instructions, welcome emails, social captions, medical marketing I mean done in minutes. Welcome emails, social captions, medical marketing I mean done in minutes. You can train it on your tone, repurpose content and standardize your team's communication. Chatgpt is powered by what's called Large Language Model or LLM. Llms are trained on massive amounts of data like textbooks, research articles, clinical guidelines, and they're designed to understand and generate human-like language, natural language. That makes them extremely useful for medical communication, education and even documentation support. In private practice. Llms can help you simplify complex ideas for patients, generate consistent scripts for your staff and even draft marketing messages, so all while keeping your voice and intent intact.

Speaker 1:

So let me show you a quick example I use regularly to create a marketing content using ChatG, gpt for the like next 30 days as just one batch. Let me show you a real quick example. Go to chat GPT and type this. I already put it in for time sake, act as a content strategist for dr TJ on United for an ankle surgeons in Chicago. Generate 10 post ideas that explain what patient needs to know about heel pain. Each post should answer one common patient question. Then this one spits out. So you got to just try it yourself and I'm you know you can see all these different um, the uh, chat, gpt test tasks I do for various businesses and even personal life. Anyway, this is what spits out. It gives me ten nice clean post ideas and then from that point, you see these are, from that point you can actually. So you see I said, okay, I'll choose, I'll choose number or whatever, and then I want to create a video. And then it says, absolutely, talking at video script. Boom. So these are talking at video scripts again. Then you know, you just follow along and again, you don't have to come up with a lot of marketing effort yourself. So this is just one example how I use ChatGPT for medical marketing.

Speaker 1:

Tool number three Notebook LM. So Notebook LM is an AI assistant by Google that lets you upload your own content like websites, pdfs or clinical notes, youtube links, and then ask questions or generate new content based entirely on your own material. So think of Notebook LM as, like Chet Gpt, trained on your own knowledge. So this makes it perfect for private practice doctors, for example, who want to turn their existing materials, like their website brochures or internal protocols, into useful patient education or marketing content or even training guides for your new staff. Let's say you have a website. I'll give you an example. Notebook LM can digest your pages and generate podcast-style interview scripts, summaries or promotional material with your voice and your brand baked in From there. I've used tools like Jogai to animate these into two-person interview-style podcast videos. These are great for YouTube, social media or patient education, and all created without writing a single script from scratch. So I'll show you how it looks like on notebook LM and also the podcast style video you.

Speaker 3:

Okay, let's unpack this. Today we're doing a deep dive into something, well, really fundamental to your daily life your feet.

Speaker 2:

Absolutely.

Speaker 3:

I mean, think about it, they carry your entire body weight every single step. Yeah, I mean, think about it, they carry your entire body weight every single step, yeah. So if you've ever thought, oh, foot pain is just something you live with, maybe think again. Persistent foot issues aren't normal and they really do impact your whole well-being.

Speaker 2:

That's so true. When your feet hurt, everything just feels harder, doesn't it? And way too many people, just you know, put up with it. But the material we looked at for this deep dive it gives a glimpse into how specialized care can make it well, a huge difference.

Speaker 3:

Specifically, we're looking at Dr TJ Ahn and their whole philosophy Right. So our mission today is to dig into this info, understand their approach, what conditions they focus on and especially shine a light on those minimally invasive options they talk about.

Speaker 2:

And what's really interesting is the blend they describe. You know, depth expertise, but also a really patient-centered approach. We learned Dr TJ Ahn. He's been serving the Chicagoland area since way back in 2003.

Speaker 3:

Very quiet, exactly, minimally invasive foot surgery and sports medicine. It kind of signals a specific focus on techniques that aim to be less disruptive for the patient.

Speaker 2:

It absolutely does. And his stated practice philosophy it's quite simple, but honestly. And his stated practice philosophy it's quite simple, but honestly pretty powerful To treat every patient with my heart and to fix the cause of the foot problems.

Speaker 3:

Fix the cause.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that focus on finding the root cause, not just, you know, managing symptoms, that feels really significant, definitely. Plus, we saw they highlighted his ability to speak English, spanish, korean and Japanese. Wow, four languages, which, you know, suggests this Korean and Japanese Wow, four languages. Which you know suggests this really helps patients feel more comfortable, more understood. That's vital in healthcare, isn't it?

Speaker 3:

Oh, absolutely that kind of multilingual skill. Yeah, I could see how that would build trust. So let's talk about this minimally invasive approach. What does the material actually say? This looks like. Why is it you?

Speaker 2:

know, gaining traction. Well, the core idea, as they describe it, is using these really small incisions, often less than three millimeters. Tiny yeah, really small. The goal is less trauma to the tissues and that translates, hopefully, to less scarring, reduced discomfort after the procedure and potentially a quicker return to your normal activities.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so what do you guys think? Did you guys enjoy that Notebook LM and the video podcast Tool. Number four AI avatar for video and audio content. I use HeyGen for AI video avatar and 11 Labs for voice cloning 11 labs for voice cloning. This means doctors can create educational, promotional or onboarding videos without ever turning on camera or microphone. You could record a video once and generate multiple versions in different languages, even accents and or tones Totally time-saved and maximum reach. Most of our clients now create entire video series without ever stepping in front of the camera lens. I'll show you a AI version of my video and audio clone for this part again. So I normally add some editing and add b-rolls and background sound, so it comes out very natural. Again, what is the point here? You utilize AI and delegate to your team, so you don't have to do a lot of work. Make sense Tool. Number four AI avatars for video and audio content. I use Hagen for AI video avatars and Eleven Labs for voice cloning. This means doctors can create educational, promotional or onboarding videos without ever turning on a camera or microphone. You could record a video once and generate multiple versions in different languages, accents or tones Total time saved, maximum reach, most of our clients now create entire video series without ever stepping in front of a lens you, you, so? Tool number five Review AI.

Speaker 1:

This is your always-on reputation manager. It monitors platforms like Google right and auto-response, like human staff does to reviews. It flags negative trends and even asks your happiest patients to leave feedback at the right time. Leave feedback at the right time. This alone can build trust, authority, protect your brand and increase patient conversion from search to schedule. We implement this in my practice and I also help other doctors with this proprietary review management AI system. So comment below or reach out to me if you are interested.

Speaker 1:

So what do you think? These aren't futuristic fantasies. They're already changing medical practices. One of our clients implemented just voice AI and review automation and went from three to five missed calls a day to adding additional booked appointments in his calendar within just weeks. So with zero new hires. That's the leverage, that's the automation, that's a AI-augmented smart practice. Growth Again, ai will not replace you, but doctors using AI will outperform those who don't.
